To be a sovereign wealth fund sufficiently endowed to improve the level of financial autonomy of Rwanda as a nation.
Mission
To mobilize and catalyze resources to finance the fund through fundraising by Rwandans and friends of Rwanda, and sustained financial investment.
Mandate
Our mandate is to maximize the fund’s return over the long term, without undue risk, so as to reduce Rwanda’s debt burden and secure a better Rwanda for future generations.
