Mandate
Our mandate is to maximize the fund’s return over the long term, without undue risk, so as to reduce Rwanda’s debt burden and secure a better Rwanda for future generations.

Our core values as an organization include running AGDF in a professional and prudent manner because we are conscious of the fact that AGDF belongs to the people of Rwanda.

To mobilize and catalyze resources to finance the fund through fundraising by Rwandans and friends of Rwanda, and sustained financial investment.
